At the core of Alicia's work is a genuine desire to help people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Prior to her 4+ years in dental, she shared her heartfelt compassion and care as CNA working with the elderly in senior and memory care.

Outside of work, Alicia is a proud mother of two and loves spending time outdoors with her family. Whether she's enjoying a quiet moment in nature or a loud family BBQ, she finds joy in life's simple pleasures and meaningful connections.

Jeannie has spent over 20 years building relationships with patients through personalized, gentle dental hygiene care. Starting as a dental assistant in 2002, she developed a deep understanding of what makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her thorough approach and commitment to continuing education ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care.

When she's not helping patients achieve healthy smiles, Jeannie is cheering on her two kids at the hockey rink or soccer field, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Jeff.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Debbie is deeply passionate about being an advocate for her patients and helping them understand the vital connection between oral and systemic health. She believes in a shared responsibility when it comes to care—partnering with each patient to support their journey toward better health.

Debbie genuinely loves seeing her patients thrive and celebrates every step they take toward improved wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her grown son and daughter, and chasing around her new French bulldog puppy, Cash.

Emily brings energy, organization, and a can-do attitude to the front office every day. A UW–Stout graduate with a background in business administration and human resources, she's the person making sure your experience runs smoothly—from scheduling your appointment to coordinating your care with genuine attention to detail.

When she's not at the office, Emily is cheering on hockey teams, tackling speed puzzles, spending time with her dogs, and serving children and students in her church community with the same enthusiasm she brings to work.

Madi brings a bright spirit and a team-focused attitude to the practice, making each day more enjoyable for both patients and colleagues. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Madi cherishes quality time with her husband and finds joy in the little everyday moments that make life special. An avid volleyball enthusiast, she loves hitting the court with friends for both competitive matches and casual games. At home, you’ll often find her curled up with her family, enjoying the heartwarming magic of a classic Disney movie.
