Dr. Bender received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania.  He attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Business.

He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Minnesota Dental Association (MDA), and St. Paul District Dental Society, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and Academy of Osseointegration (AO).

Dr. Bender has extensive experience in treatment of complex oral diseases with advanced training in digital dentistry, implants, veneers, crowns, bridges, and invisible aligners.

With knowledge, experience, and interest in treating complex oral diseases, he strives to create a personalized experience as a dental health care guide, providing up-to-date care in a down-to-earth, comfortable, personalized manner.

Dr. Bender grew up in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and is a native Midwesterner! After living in Pittsburgh, PA for dental school and spending a couple years in Florida, he is excited to put down roots in Minnesota and become part of the Lakeville community.  Dr. Bender and his wife, Emilia, are proud new parents to their eight month old son.

He enjoys spending time outside with his wife, Emilia. Together they enjoy all things outdoors that the four seasons of MN offer from hiking and biking to boating and skiing.
