Full-time | Lakeville, MN | $55–$65/hour + monthly team bonuses | Privately owned, non-corporate dental practice

You didn't go through hygiene school to be a production widget.

You're a clinical professional. You know periodontal care inside and out. You can read a mouth and see what's actually going on. You take pride in your work, and you know what it feels like when a patient leaves your chair genuinely better off than when they sat down.

But somewhere along the way, the offices you've worked in stopped letting you actually do the job.

Booked so tight you're skipping the parts that matter. Treated like a cleaning-per-hour quota instead of a clinician. No say in the treatment plan. Outdated equipment. A corporate machine measuring you on production while patients feel rushed and unheard. And the CE budget? Forget it.
